Freelance Account Executive / Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, presenting company products/services, and closing deals to support company growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct client presentations and product/service demonstrations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, accounting) for order processing and delivery
• Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to management
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferred but not required)
• Experience in construction, fabrication, or industrial sales is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
