Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
• Plan, organize, and execute mall-wide promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
• Coordinate with tenants, suppliers, sponsors, and other partners for marketing activities and events.
• Create marketing materials for both online and offline campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts and other digital marketing platforms.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and events.
• Assist the leasing department in promoting available commercial spaces.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare monthly sales, marketing, promotions, and event reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, customers, and business partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or event management.
• Experience in mall operations, retail, or commercial establishments is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in organizing events and promotional activities.
