Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in real estate properties.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the property sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Represent Allenco Iloilo Realty Corporation professionally to enhance brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or any related course.
- 2-3 years experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or other related experience.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software.
- Creative and commercial awareness
