• Promote and market company goods, products, and services by providing necessary information regarding the products and services that the company offers.
• Maintain new and existing clients for the company.
• Manages client relationships through all of the sales cycle.
• Works closely with operations and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with complaints or inquiries related to services.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
• Provides the customer with an expected budget, payment agreements, and an estimated delivery time.
• Writes and submits periodical reports based on sales.
• Keeps up-to-date on current market changes and trends.

• Graduate of any business related course.
• At least 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing (Experience in costumer service is a plus)
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both costumer and suppliers.
