Sales Process Management

• Conduct the complete sales process: from rapport building, consultation, product presentation, test drives, to handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals.

Meeting Sales Targets

• Achieve sales goals for new cars, ancillary products (e.g., financing, insurance), used cars, and related services.

Documentation and Coordination

• Manage all sales documentation and coordinate with other departments for required supporting materials.

Market Research and Prospecting

• Study potential markets, formulate strategies, and meet monthly prospecting targets.

Prospect Data Management

• Collect and classify prospect information and track it in sales databases.

Customer Database Management

• Ensure customer data is accurately recorded and consistently updated.

Reporting and Issue Escalation

• Submit regular sales reports and escalate unresolved sales issues to supervisors.
