What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Sales Team: From managing client inquiries to processing orders, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, helping the team meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage Sales Documentation: You’ll handle contracts, proposals, and quotes, ensuring every detail is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate Communication: Liaise with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Track and report on sales metrics, helping identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer requests are promptly addressed, providing a seamless experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business or Engineering course
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Administrator or other administrative role is a must
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs is an advantage
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines


Your salary on the 3rd month will be based on your performance and level of experience
