Position: Japanese Sales Admin

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 (Negotiable)

Company Industry: Digital Advertising Company 

Work Location: Taguig/ Makati 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Work Schedule: Dayshift - 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)

Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must be a JLPT N1 - N2 Passer or Non-Passer. 
• Preferably Filipinos who are proficient in Japanese language. 
• Must be business level or higher level in Japanese Language
• Good communication skills in English. 
• Open to bachelor's or undergraduate applicants
• With digital trading, advertising, and media experience is a big advantage, but not required.  
• Sales experience is not required as long as with corporate experience. 
• Must know how to use PPT, Excel, and Google Slides. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Create thorough proposals to ensure compliance with Japanese deadlines. 
• Manage and attend Japanese stakeholders meetings to ensure demands are met, and requests are being shared with the team. 
• Worked closely with the Trading teams and internal sales to create and develop a proactive approach to the Japanese clients' needs.
• Help the team in strategizing and innovating approaches to create positive outcomes. 
• Research about the latest industry trends to improve ideas and to collaborate with the team.
