●  Sales Support

• Assist in executing sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with sales and retail teams to roll out nationwide or regional sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer and retailer records.

●  Sales Encoding & Reporting

• Accurately encode daily, weekly, and monthly sales transactions per retailer to ensure complete and timely reporting.
• Generate sales performance reports, item movement summaries, and transaction histories using spreadsheets or internal tools.
• Analyze reports to identify sales patterns, opportunities, and underperforming SKUs for team review.

● Sales Tracking & Analytics

• Monitor sales trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance across multiple retail and digital platforms.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize promotions, pricing, and sales channels.

●  Product Promotion & Merchandising

• Support the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and mall or trade events.
• Ensure proper product placement and display following merchandising guidelines and marketing direction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional strategies with current campaigns.

●  Content & Digital Marketing Support

• Coordinate with graphic artists or brand assistants to develop engaging content for social media, e-commerce listings (Lazada, Shopee), email campaigns, and other digital assets.

● Retailer Relationship Management

• Prepare and deliver necessary documents such as Letters of Intent (LOIs), promotional requests, and product placement proposals to key retail partners.
• Act as a liaison between the company and retailers to ensure clear communication and timely follow-through on sales initiatives.

●  Marketing Collaterals & Distribution

• Organize and distribute sales and marketing materials (brochures, posters, shelf-talkers, etc.) to retail partners and field teams.
• Track inventory of marketing supplies and request replenishments as needed.

● Event Coordination

• Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of trade shows, pop-up booths, parenting fairs, and in-store events.
• Ensure that all displays, samples, and promotional tools are aligned with the brand’s visual standards and product mix strategy.

● Market & Competitor Research

• Conduct ongoing market research to gather insights on competitor pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
• Report on customer preferences, retail trends, and emerging opportunities to inform brand strategy.
• Share research with Sales Coordinators for improved sales results.

●  Inventory & Stock Monitoring

• Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to track inventory movement and ensure optimal stock levels across retailers based on sales reports.
• Help monitor product sell-through to anticipate restocking needs and avoid overstock or stockouts.

● Retailer/ Customer Feedback

• Collect and document retailer and customer feedback during activations and daily operations.
• Relay insights to relevant departments (sales, marketing) to drive product or service improvement.

● Compliance & Brand Integrity

• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and relevant industry regulations.
• Safeguard the brand’s image by upholding professionalism and consistency in all public-facing materials and engagements.
