Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the Sales Team in achieving company sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for Shacman heavy-duty trucks.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance.
• Assign sales leads and territories to Sales Agents.
• Assist Sales Agents in client presentations and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and fleet accounts.
• Review quotations, proposals, and sales agreements before submission when required.
• Monitor sales pipeline, pending deals, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Finance, Parts and Service, and other departments regarding customer requirements.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer demands.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct sales meetings and provide coaching to Sales Agents.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and assist in resolving issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• With sales experience; experience in automotive, trucks, or heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Good knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits.
• With valid driver's license is an advantage.
