Sales Admin Assistant

GMD Productions “GMD Pro” is a group of experts in Retail Booth Fabrication, Point of purchase displays, Events, Marketing & Advertising support, Signages, Renovation and Management including customized furniture fabrication.

About the Role:

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the sales department while optimizing workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding orders, pricing, product information, or issues.
2. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.
3. Prepare regular reports on sales performance monthly to be submitted to the Head of Sales Department.
4. Maintain and ensure an accurate database of all clients to be saved in Google Drive.
5. Assist in data entry tasks related to leads, prospects and existing clients.
6. Provide logistical support for meetings or presentations conducted by the sales team.
7. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to streamline operations.
8. Performs other duties that may assigned by the Business and Development Manager relative to the role assignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field 
• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) 
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
