Key Responsibilities:

• Share marketing materials to the sales agent.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Expediting orders through internal liaison.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate head.



Key Skills Requirement:

• Computer literate
• Knowledge in handling Social Media page is advantage
• Organized
• With good communication skills (verbal and written)

Qualifications:

• With 2-3 years related-experience or Fresh Graduate
• Graduate of a four (4)-year course or equivalent
• Driven, Passionate, Goal/Result-Oriented;
