JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open for fresh graduates
• Open to work on site in Makati City
• Open for 2 months reliever
• Can attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee travel approvals, expense liquidations, hotel/flight/car bookings, carpool and conference room reservations, and guest assistance for Sales Officers and Managers.
• Handle contract closure activities, shipment schedules, logistics, fish cargo unloading updates, and accurate encoding of sales, purchases, costs, and commissions in the system.
• Maintain filing systems, manage credit balances and receivables, prepare sales documents for audits, and ensure compliance with company procedures and auditor requirements.
• Facilitate customer orders, process payments and documentation, resolve commercial issues, and coordinate with internal departments and external counterparts.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to the Section Manager, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
