Job Description
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Agents regarding client requirements, orders, and updates.
- Process and monitor orders from clients endorsed by Sales Agents, from confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and order follow-ups.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, summaries, and documentation for management review.
- Coordinate with the accounting department regarding billing, payments, and collection updates.
- Organize and maintain proper filing of sales documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and team.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
