- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports.
- Manage files and records efficiently.
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
