Oversee logistics and operational needs for sports-related events at Makati Club, Inc.
Coordinate with the Food & Beverages department for event catering requirements.
Manage vendor relationships, event set-ups, and teardowns.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful events.

Educational Qualifications: Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of work experience required, preferably in event management or related field.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong computer literacy, exceptional customer service orientation, and excellent collaboration skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate event logistics, manage vendor relationships, assist in event setup and takedown, and ensure customer satisfaction during events.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening and weekend work for events, and some physical activity for event setup.
Qualities and Traits: Must be a proactive, organized individual with attention to detail, have the ability to work under pressure, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
