Account Manager (B2C)

(ISR) Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Products, Inc. is an Electronic and Information Technology Company engaged in the importing, distribution, installation and after-sales service of electronic products and gadgets.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Promote and sell products/services directly to customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
• Achieve individual sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.

Customer Experience & Retention

• Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle and resolve customer issues effectively.

Account Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems.
• Track sales activities, account status, and follow-ups.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to implement customer-focused strategies.
• Support campaigns, promotions, and events aimed at customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in account management, customer service, or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Pay Rate : Php 25,000.00 – 35,000.00
