Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical manufacturing market
• Promote and sell company products such as electrical components, panels, wiring systems, breakers, and related solutions
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations to clients
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement with customers
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate order specifications and timely delivery
• Monitor project progress from order placement to delivery and after-sales support
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Handle client concerns, complaints, and technical coordination on time
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or electrical services
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office and Google Workspace
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales negotiation abilities
• Capable of delivering exceptional customer service and responding promptly to inquiries
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
