• Obtain and win new clients/projects through effective and efficient prospecting.
• Perform field works based on required prospect clients daily.
• Set appointments and present Company Services to prospect clients.
• Prepare quotations/proposals depending on client's requirements.
• Review and analyze Gross Profit of a prospect account.
• Prepare and review documents such as: Contract of Services, Claims Agreement, Terms, and the likes.
• Ensure completion of documents for every new client.
• Conduct regular representation and PR with the clients.
• Prepare Sales and Marketing Plans for the target clients/industry.
• Prepare and submit on time: Weekly Itinerary, Sales Highlights, and Sales Report to the management.
• Prepare Yearly Sales Budget.
• Goal and achieve Sales Target for the year.
• Monitor and manage any claims arising from the account.
• Monitor and re-new documents such as: Contract of Services, Cost Breakdown, Equipment & Supplies, and other offers for the account.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby cities.
• Must be a Four-year graduate in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in SALES is required for this position.
• Must have passion in selling, confident and result-oriented person.
• Confident and with strong leadership and sales skills.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Can start immediately once hired.

Plus but not a requirement

• Janitorial/Housekeeping and Manpower Deployment with market leads is a plus.
• Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower).
• Philgeps/government or private bidding experience is a plus.
• Has the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Goal oriented, hardworking, and likes to travel.
