Job Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing timely responses, solutions-oriented communication, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, prepare competitive quotations, and negotiate terms that align with company objectives.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, billing records, and other essential documents while adhering to company processes and industry standards.
• Conduct market research, including SWOT analysis, to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure client requirements are met with the highest quality and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service; experience in the signage, advertising, construction, or related industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and other sales-related documentation accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple client accounts and meeting deadlines.
