• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, agents, and business partners to expand the company's affiliate network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned affiliate accounts to maximize performance and revenue.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and partnership negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities through field prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
• Assist affiliates with account setup, promotional campaigns, and operational concerns.
• Monitor affiliate performance, player acquisition, and revenue generation, providing recommendations for growth.
• Reactivate inactive affiliates and ensure continuous engagement with existing partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of affiliate concerns and campaign implementation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment and sales reports.
• Represent the company during marketing events, roadshows, and networking activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Affiliate Marketing is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and travel within Metro Manila.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in the iGaming, fintech, digital marketing, or online gaming industry is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when required by business operations.
