Tasks & Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Generate new leads and business opportunities

- Meet with clients to discuss their requirements and recommend suitable products or services

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations

- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects

- Conduct client meetings and site visits when needed

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer requirements are met

- Negotiate and close sales opportunities

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Prepare weekly sales and accomplishment reports

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

- At least 1 year of sales or account management experience

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Goal-driven and customer-oriented

- Computer literate

- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits

- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
