What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within assigned accounts
• Developing and executing comprehensive account plans to expand business with existing clients
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other departments to deliver integrated solutions
• Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics and pipeline activity

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the events or hospitality industry
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
