Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Conduct client presentations and promote Inquar's engineering solutions.
• Identify upcoming projects and develop strategic sales plans.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure project success.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

• Experience in the construction, HVAC, cleanroom, engineering, building materials, medical, or industrial sector is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Willing to travel for client meetings and project site visits.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
