Position: Sales Account Executive

Work Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm

About the role

Hospeco Phils. Inc. is seeking experienced Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in our Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila office. As a fulltime Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued clients across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts within agreed targets and margins
• Collaborating cross-functionally to support the delivery of sales orders
• Providing insightful feedback to the leadership team to inform product and service development
• Participating in trade shows, events and other marketing activities to raise the company's profile

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the account and relationship management domain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales techniques
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and the local language is essential
