Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree holder

With at least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing/sales for non-life insurance industry

Amenable to work on a Hybrid Set Up

Amenable to attend face to face interview

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales and production targets while supporting the Marketing Department's objectives.

Manage and strengthen relationships with brokers, agents, intermediaries, and corporate clients.

Identify new business opportunities through client visits, presentations, and proposal preparation.

Oversee new business, renewals, and policy endorsements, ensuring timely processing, documentation, and policy issuance.

Coordinate with Underwriting and other internal teams to complete requirements, monitor quotations, and ensure service turnaround times.

Monitor premium collections, deliver policies and billing documents, and maintain accurate client records.

Address client inquiries, assist with claims coordination, and provide prompt resolution to customer concerns.

Support marketing campaigns, prepare required reports, and perform other duties assigned by Management.
