Sales Account Executive | Fieldwork

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to promote diagnostic and healthcare devices to clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare partners. This role is ideal for graduates of Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, and or other courses who are passionate about healthcare and interested in building a career in sales and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals, corporations, and healthcare partners
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Promote the company's diagnostic and healthcare solutions to prospective clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements
• Build long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention
• Address client concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and confident in building relationships
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable engaging with clients and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, resilient, and willing to take initiative
• Willing to do fieldwork and frequent client visits
