- Assess clients needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
- Presenting company products to potential and existing clients and highlight our product benefits to persuade them to make purchases.
- Planning and scheduling meetings or visits with potential and existing clients
- Answer customer queries from various communication channels
- Monitoring daily account order status from end-to-end to ensure timely deliveries.
- Payment reminder and Collection from various accounts.
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or related courses.
- Proven experience as a sales account executive.
- Extensive customer service experience.
- Ability to increase customer engagement.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and time management skills.
