• Promote and sell agricultural machinery, equipment, and related solutions to prospective and existing clients.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.

• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to farmers, agricultural businesses, dealers, and cooperatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

• Negotiate terms and close sales transactions in accordance with company policies.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.

• Attend trade shows, agricultural events, and industry exhibitions to promote company products and services.

• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any business, agriculture, or related field

• Sales experience is an advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willing to travel and conduct field visits

• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery is a plus
