Area Sales Representative - Hardware

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Agent, Field Sales, or Area Sales Representative
• Industry background in tools, construction materials, or hardware products is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork within assigned area
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle sales activities and client accounts across assigned territories
• Promote company products related to power tools, hand tools, and construction or hardware supplies
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop potential accounts
• Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and sales negotiations
• Monitor market movements, competitor pricing, and customer requirements
• Prepare and submit sales performance reports and forecasts
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and collection goals
