Sales Management

Description

  • To develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company's sales objectives and profitability.
  • To improve the existing Foodservice (HORECA) channel in South Luzon (outside NCR), Philippines.
  • To expand the base of new Foodservice (HORECA) customers in South Luzon (outside NCR), Philippines.
  • To build and enhance actions related to sales activity needs.
  • To manage the budget and targets (annually, quarterly, monthly).
  • To set goals and develop strong relationships with customers through effective negotiation skills.
  • To forecast sales for the Buyer to achieve sales targets as necessary.
  • To coordinate with the marketing team (internal & external) to ensure the successful execution of the marketing plan for new product launches, if applicable.
  • To identify new customers based on strategic and operational plans to expand the business.
  • To prepare business reviews of key accounts twice a year to update customers on the situation and market trends, and to foster relationship building.
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.


Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the Foodservice (HORECA) channel/F&B.
  • Experience with the Foodservice (HORECA) channel and knowledge of frozen bakery products and specialties will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of English (both writing and speaking).
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
