- Engage with potential clients to establish rapport and understand their recruitment needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with our recruitment team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the company's leadership to improve services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience Level: 2+ years in sales or customer service roles preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Responsibilities and Duties: Generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, present and sell products or services, meet sales goals
- Working Conditions: Office setting combined with fieldwork; potential for irregular hours during peak seasons or sales cycles
- Qualities and Traits: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, team player, adaptable, with a customer-focused mindset
