Description

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to occupational health and safety.
  • Provide training, toolbox meeting, and resources to staff on safety practices and emergency response plans.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a safety officer role (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of disaster recovery, risk assessment, and job safety analysis.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with HIRAC, root cause analysis, and first aid practices is essential.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to handle stressful situations and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
