Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Implement occupational safety and health programs.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Prepare and submit incident and safety compliance reports.
• Conduct safety orientation and training for employees.
• Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate emergency drills and preparedness activities.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH regulations and company safety policies.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions for identified hazards.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in occupational safety and health.
• BOSH/COSH Certification is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine OSH Standards and DOLE regulations.
