• Formulate and update safety procedures in accordance with legal regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analysis to eliminate risks.
• Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-misses, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Organize staff safety training, orientations, and emergency drills.
• Maintain accurate safety records, including reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Can conduct toolbox to all workers

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or any related fields.
• 40-hour BOSH or COSH certification from a DOLE-accredited provider.
• 1–3 years of experience for entry-level (SO2), and up to 10 years for higher positions.
• Valid DOLE Accreditation (Safety Officer 2–3).
