- Properly perform job well for the safety of every employee;
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measure to accident zero accident zone;
- Provide advice in site on measures to minimize hazards and unhealthy situations;
- Responsible to facilitate with Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines;
- Constant lookout for violations of Occupational Health and Safety;
- Largely focused on prevention of accident that will happened so you need to be conscientious and farsighted;
- Detailed oriented and ready to act in emergencies;
- Advise and instruct subordinates on various safety related topics such as noise level, use of machinery, disposal of hazardous substance and others;
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity especially not wearing protective gear and equipment;
- Stop any unsafe acts that seems to be dangerous and unhealthy;
- Manage the incident and ensure the continuing safety;
- Assess any casualties and discover the nature and cause of injuries and illnesses;
- Arrange further medical help or other emergency services to attend;
- Prioritise casualty treatment base upon medical need;
- Provide appropriate first aid treatment that they have been trained to do and that is reasonable in the circumstance;
- Make notes and record observations of casualties;
- Provide handover when further medical helps arrive
