SAFETY SUPERVISOR

Pre-construction Activities

• Responsible in creating safety plan for the project.
• Responsible in creating safety program for DOLE approval prior to application of building permit.
• Coordinate to cost engineer for the safety requirements to be include on general requirements committed cost.
• Identify the potential risk with regards to safety and health and provide mitigation plan.
• Prepare permit forms and other form for the project with regards to safety.
• Setup of workers barracks and perimeter fence with proper safety signage.

Construction Phase

• Promotes safe practices at the job site, perform emergency response drill.
• Conduct Daily Toolbox meeting.
• Conduct daily Inspection at site & barracks to ensure it is a hazard free environment, Input daily activity on daily activity logbook.
• Conduct 8 Hours mandatory training for workers.
• Supervise the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situation.
• Prepare weekly safety report and submit to planning Engineer.
• Prepare monthly report for DOLE.
• Serves as the link between state and local agencies and contractors.
• Supervise security team and conduct inspection to ensure that no unauthorized person inside the property based on master list.

Post Construction

• In charge for preparation of project review (Good Practices and Bad Practices in terms of safety).
• Responsible for demobilization, checking and securing all permit requirements.
• Responsible for equipment pullout and materials pullout requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

• Bachelor' s degree preferably Medical or Engineering Course
• Safety Officer 3 with Advance Training

2. Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as Safety Supervisor.
• Must be willing to assigned to Baquid, Coron Palawan

3. Technical Competencies ("Know-how")

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
