Lead the implementation of safety programs across all company projects. You will play a key role in promoting a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of occupational health and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or any related course
• Certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) or higher under DOLE requirements
• At least 3–5 years of experience in occupational safety and health, preferably in the construction or retrofitting industry
• Strong knowledge of DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and construction safety regulations
• Experience in developing and implementing OSH programs, policies, and procedures
• Familiar with risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits
• Proficient in MS Office applications and report preparation
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
• Willing to conduct site visits and monitor multiple project locations

Preferred Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program
• Ensure compliance with DOLE OSHS, client requirements, and company safety policies across all projects
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and compliance assessments at project sites
• Analyze workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare comprehensive reports
• Monitor the implementation of safety measures and ensure timely closure of safety observations
• Prepare and submit required safety reports, permits, and regulatory documents
• Conduct safety orientations, trainings, toolbox meetings, and awareness programs
• Provide guidance and support to Site Safety Officers and project teams
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and government agencies on safety-related matters
• Maintain safety records and monitor company-wide safety performance indicators
• Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization
