Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and implement safety policies and procedures at the worksite
- Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox meetings
- Ensure workers comply with safety regulations and proper PPE usage
- Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with project management regarding safety concerns
- Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with DOLE and client safety requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any related course
- With valid Safety Officer certification (SO2/SO3 preferred)
- Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety standards
- With experience in construction/project site operations is an advantage
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Willing to be assigned on-site
