WE ARE HIRING: SAFETY OFFICER (Construction)

Assignment: Danao

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to ensure a safe and compliant working environment on-site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures at the construction site
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and use proper PPE
• Lead toolbox meetings and safety orientations
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers regarding safety concerns
• Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• At least College Level or College Graduate (preferably Engineering or related field)
• Must have completed COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) training
• With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction
• Knowledgeable in construction safety standards and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and hazard identification skills
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willing to be assigned in Danao
