Safety Officer/ Team Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Monitor compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and employee safety training.
• Assist in investigating workplace incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases.
• Prepare safety reports and perform regular on-site safety monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Senior High School graduate or College Level.
• With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training/Certificate (SO2).
• Relevant experience in safety, production, construction, manufacturing, or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety practices, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills; willing to work on-site.
