Description

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures.
  • Provide training and awareness programs for staff on safety practices.
  • Monitor work environments and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and prevent future occurrences.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in safety management
  • Qualifications:
  • Completion of 40-hour BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and

Health) Training for general industries, or 40-hour COSH (Construction

Occupational Safety and Health) Training


  • Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)

standards and workplace safety regulations.


Technical Skills


* Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC)

* Workplace safety inspections and audits

* Accident and incident investigation report

* Fire safety and emergency preparedness

* Safety report preparation and documentation

* Knowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements

* PPE Compliance Monitoring

* Safety orientation and toolbox meetings

* Risk management and hazard control measures

* Strong communication skills

* Leadership and supervision

* Attention to detail

* Problem-solving and decision-making

* Training and presentation skills

* Ability to enforce safety rules professionally

* Safety Audits and Inspections

* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
