Qualifications:

• Must be a certified Safety Officer III by DOLE with a valid SO3 certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of OSH standards and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and willing to be assigned on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, protocols, and policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH, and other applicable standards.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare necessary reports and recommendations.
• Facilitate safety orientations, training sessions, and toolbox meetings.
• Serve as the site’s main liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
• Maintain safety documentation, permits, and certifications.
