Description

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide safety training and support for all personnel, fostering a culture of safety on construction sites.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and implementing preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with project managers to promote safe work practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirement

  • Job Title: Safety Officer
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in safety management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct safety audits, develop safety policies, training employees on safety practices.
  • Working Conditions: Office and field environments, may require travel to sites.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solving abilities, and team-oriented.
