• Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas in a timely manner.
• Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Assist with laundry and inventory management as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality
• Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and meet daily cleaning objectives
