Description
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing housekeeping duties.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and efficient in completing tasks.
