Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
• Check and ensure all room amenities are complete and in good condition
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor
• Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Follow hotel standards and procedures for room cleaning and safety
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, service areas, and storage rooms
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate
• NC in Housekeeping is a plus
• With or without experience (experience in housekeeping is an advantage)
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Honest, reliable, and with good work attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
