Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
- Check and ensure all room amenities are complete and in good condition
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor
- Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Follow hotel standards and procedures for room cleaning and safety
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, service areas, and storage rooms
- Respect guest privacy and security at all times
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate
- NC in Housekeeping is a plus
- With or without experience (experience in housekeeping is an advantage)
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Honest, reliable, and with good work attitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
