- Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
- Change linens, dust furniture, and restock supplies as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping team to maintain efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, effective communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; requires physical stamina.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and a positive attitude.
