Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to company standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels
• Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned areas
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, water, and amenities
• Check rooms for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues and report to supervisor
• Ensure all rooms are tidy, sanitized, and ready for occupancy
• Respond to guest requests (e.g., extra towels, pillows, room setup)
• Dispose of trash and manage waste properly
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
