- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean, dust, and sanitize all surfaces, furniture, bathrooms, and floors in guest rooms and potentially public areas.
- Bed Making: Change bed linens, make beds neatly, and ensure they meet hotel standards.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, towels, coffee, and other supplies.
- Maintenance and Reporting: Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items, and report them to the appropriate department.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and dispose of waste and soiled linens from the rooms.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to requests and basic inquiries.
- Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, stairways, and lobbies.
- At least high school graduate or college level
